JJ began her singing career at the age of 15. She started her own function band 'JJ and the Sixes' and has been performing and managing the band for 6 years. 'That Soul Fix' is another function band that JJ performs in and manages. Starting at such a young age JJ has gained plenty of experience over the years. This includes performing at various function events such as weddings, birthday parties, balls and corporate events. In the last 2 years JJ has started working on ferries, performing in 6 piece bands for several weeks on the ships. She has recently finished her degree at BIMM Bristol and is now fulfilling her career as a full time musician.
