I love any woman who has managed to make a name for herself and make a difference in the music industry as a musician / songwriter.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
I have played Sofar Sounds in Manchester, Song Suffragettes in London, Cornbury Festival, and even once played to 1500 brownies (girl guides) at their own festival.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
I'll always try to be flexible to fit with your timings and event needs, so if timing do change a little please get in touch and let me know!
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Definitely, I can use a playlist of my own or even one of yours if you'd prefer.
How much time do you need to set up?
Usually around 30 minutes, it really depends on the venue size and getting the sound levels just right, but it is very unlikely to take more than 30 minutes even with my own PA.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
Of course! You can choose a genre, or just a few songs you definitely want on there. I'd be happy to discuss any other special requests also.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
Absolutely! I have all my own equipment and instruments that I can bring along, but if your venue has equipment already they'd prefer I'd use that's alright also.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
If there's a song you want specifically I'd be more than happy to do this for you. There may even be a chance I already know it!
If you'd like more than 3 new songs then there may be an extra charge of £25 to account for the time taken to learn and rehearse.
