Ian Rockett

I am a professional musician originally from Ireland (lead guitar, bass, drums & keyboards) who has performed around the UK & Europe on multiple instruments in multiple genres for over a decade, I am also a classically trained Grade 8 Pianist, attaining this at the Royal Irish Academy of Music. I have recently been performing on lead guitar, bass & drums for major UK artists such as platinum selling boybands Blue & East 17, along with X-Factor alumni such as Danyl Johnson & Jake Quickenden. I am also regularly performing for nationally successful rock/pop tribute acts like Platinum Queen (Queen), RnRnB (Meat Loaf) & Symphonic Ibiza, for crowds of thousands on a weekly basis. From 2011 until 2022 I was the primary songwriter, lead guitarist & keyboardist of progressive metal band Shattered Skies. In that time we amassed over 4 million streams on Spotify alone, along with many sterling album reviews from publications such as Metal Hammer and Classic Rock. I have also more recently begun producing backing tracks and providing musical direction for upcoming tribute acts who will be performing shows in major venues in the UK in 2025 onwards.
