Singing pianist
Coleraine

I have been playing piano for over 30 years. I love performing and have played in at variety of events - everything from festivals in front of 1,000’s to intimate gigs with just a handful of listeners. You will find me regularly playing jazz at the Galgorm, or gospel with the Belfast Community Gospel Choir, or pop music with the award winning Professionals wedding band. I also have a lot of experience playing and singing in churches for weddings and other services.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I will always try my best to be as flexible as possible. If you can keep me informed of any changes it will really help me. Thank you.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes that’s no problem at all. There would be an additional fee but we can discuss that.

How much time do you need to set up?

1 hour is all I need to set up and soundcheck. Obviously if it’s a church where there is already equipment I would aim to be at the church 1 hour before the ceremony to make sure everything is working. I always carry equipment with me in my car if necessary.

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Yes - but can you confirm it’s in tune.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Absolutely. My set list has been carefully prepared, but if there are songs you’d really like played, or ones you’d like me to skip, just say.

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes I will bring an electronic piano and small PA to play it through.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes within reason. Obviously it’s piano and voice and so some songs just won’t work with that. But I’m also happy to adapt songs to suit piano and voice where necessary. There would be a fee of £30 to learn extra songs.
