What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients love our unique blend of house/EDM DJ mixing with live saxophone and percussion, creating a stylish party atmosphere. We tailor each set to the crowd and event, and the roaming sax and percussion add an interactive, Ibiza-inspired energy that guests remember.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We’ve performed at prestigious hotels, rooftop bars and private venues across the UK and beyond. Highlights include luxury London hotels like The Ned and Hilton Park Lane, exclusive beach clubs, corporate events at The Shard, and destination weddings at villas in Ibiza and Mykonos.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Our style is influenced by house and dance legends such as Frankie Knuckles, Carl Cox and David Morales, as well as contemporary acts like Black Coffee, Purple Disco Machine and CamelPhat. These artists inspire our blend of classic and modern house, Ibiza grooves and Afro house.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
Recent highlights include luxury wedding receptions at The Ned, corporate launches at The Shard and a private villa party in Ibiza attended by A‑list guests. We also regularly perform at high‑profile hotel openings and rooftop events across London and abroad.
Do you have different line-up options?
Yes. Our core line‑up is DJ + saxophone (Signature Package). We also offer DJ + sax + percussion for the full Hypnotica experience and bespoke line‑ups for corporate and destination events. Chilled Ibiza sax sets for ceremonies or receptions can be added.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We understand schedules shift. Just let us know as early as possible and we’ll adjust set times accordingly. We can add extra DJ time or move our live sets within reason. Additional fees may apply for extended performances.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes – continuous music is important. We provide a curated house/lounge playlist during guest arrival and between our live sets. If you need DJ music after the final set until the venue closes, we can arrange this for an additional fee.
How much time do you need to set up?
We typically arrive 1.5–2 hours ahead to set up our DJ booth, PA, lighting, sax and percussion and run a soundcheck. Once our system is up we can play background music as guests arrive. For larger setups we’ll advise if more time is needed.
Can you roam around while you perform?
Yes – our saxophonist uses wireless equipment and can roam the dancefloor, interacting with guests and bringing the energy to you. The percussionist can also use handheld instruments for added interaction where appropriate.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Our sets are carefully crafted to create a seamless house/EDM journey that keeps the dancefloor moving. We welcome your must‑plays and do‑not‑plays and will tailor the vibe accordingly, but we specialise in house and Ibiza classics rather than pop or Motown.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes – our standard quotes include our professional DJ booth, PA and basic lighting suitable for most events up to 150 guests, as well as amplification for sax and percussion. We’ll discuss any venue‑specific requirements, or can work with in‑house systems if preferred.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Because our performances are DJ‑led, most tracks can be integrated without rehearsal. If you have a special song for a first dance or key moment that falls within our house/EDM lane, we’re happy to prepare it with at least four weeks’ notice.
