What do your clients love most about your performances?

Our performances are full of energy and enthusiasm! Each individual in the band is of equal talent and prowess, delivering the set to the highest quality.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Accepted Answer

We have played at a great variety of venues and events in the South West; ranging from our home base, Bristol, out to Swindon, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Bath - you name it!

A particular favourite?
We love playing at Mr Wolf’s, Bristol for the great energy and atmosphere there.

We’d love to carry this enthusiasm and atmosphere to your private event.

Question 3

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Accepted Answer

We take our greatest inspiration from the Disco, Funk and Soul legends: Chic; Earth, Wind and Fire; The Jacksons; Stevie Wonder - to name a few. We also enjoy how newer artists have been able to interpret these styles: E.g., Lizzo, Jamiroquai or Silk Sonic.

But we all have a love of music, and are continually inspired by a wealth of artists and genres.

Question 4

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Accepted Answer

We always hope to deliver the original line-up at our gigs, however in case of extenuating circumstances, we do have some pre-auditioned 'dep' musicians who may stand in should a band member become unavailable. We hold these musicians to the same standards as our own, and can guarantee that the quality of performance will not be affected if they are used!

Question 5

Do you have different line-up options?

Currently, we only have an option for booking the full six-piece band (vocals, guitar, bass, drums, keys and sax). However, variable sized line-ups may be something that we explore in the future! Contact us and we'll endeavour to be as accommodating as possible.

Question 6

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Accepted Answer

We will always try to be flexible and ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change, please contact us and we'll be more than willing to help!

Question 7

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Accepted Answer

Of course we can! This is a really popular request, and we can do this for free. If you’d like a longer DJ service, until the end of the evening, this is also available for an additional £100.

Question 8

How much time do you need to set up?

Accepted Answer

We usually require about 1-1.5hrs to set up prior to performance time. This could be further affected if the venue has limitations (access for equipment, power availability etc). We'll always do our best to consider these factors and reduce the time taken.

However once we're done, we can provide a free playlist service to set an enjoyable atmosphere!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We are confident in the set list that we have developed, as it has resonated with audiences for a multitude of performance hours in the South West. We would strongly recommend it - however, we would be open to discussion if there are any tweaks that you’d like to make to personalise your event.

Question 10

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Accepted Answer

We include use of all of our PA and lighting equipment in our standard pricing.

Please take into account the space required to fit a band of our size with our equipment. If you require further guidance with this, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Question 11

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Accepted Answer

We are definitely open to learning songs outside of our usual set list! Wedding bookings will already include the option of a free first dance song performed by us! This can be any song you’d like.

Learning any other songs, outside of our usual set, will incur an additional cost of £60 per song (max 3 songs).
