Looking for a real, authentic wedding band? Cheshire is our base but we perform live at weddings & events across the UK - in fact, we're often up and down the country in search of a party! You won't find any of the cheesy stuff, we play rock, indie and the coolest pop tunes from the last 60 years. Don't think of us as a wedding band, we're a real band. We just happen to rock a lot of weddings! ABOUT US We're High Frequency, a 4-piece band based in Cheshire. We're available to hire across the country for weddings, parties, corporate events, or any kind of celebration where you want people to get up and dance! We met whilst studying music at Chester University nearly 12 years ago and over the years we've become more of a family than a band. When we're not performing up and down the UK, you'll usually find us teaching our instruments to the next generation of young musicians. We play all sorts of music, from pop to soul to rock from the 50s to today, but as you'll see in our live videos, we like to rock things up a bit more than most bands for hire! THE BAND The High Frequency band package consists of two whole hours of high-energy, big-impact tunes. We're flexible with our set lengths and timings so we can ensure our performance compliments your event perfectly. Our quotes also include: - All required equipment including high-quality speakers and lighting - A live performance of a special song request or first dance - Full public liability insurance and PAT-tested gear - A choice of your favourite songs from our set list page OUR SETUP We use the absolute highest quality audio equipment available to make sure we sound great at every event and we bring absolutely everything we need to perform, including a full PA system and lighting. All we need from you are a few plug sockets! (Good to know: our equipment can fit into a space that's 4m wide x 3.5m deep.) EXPERIENCE We've spent years building a reputation as one of the hardest-working Cheshire wedding bands. We've been gigging almost every weekend for the last 12 years, not just at weddings but at corporate functions, parties and fundraisers in places like Warrington, Chester, Nantwich, Crewe, Runcorn, Widnes, Ellesmere Port, Macclesfield, Northwich, Wilmslow and Winsford, and we can assure you that you won't find a more reliable wedding band in Cheshire or anywhere in the UK! REPERTOIRE We've spent almost a decade honing our live set list to perfection. The tracks we play are tried and tested at hundreds of events to get people off their seats and up dancing (where they should be if they're having any fun!). DJ PACKAGE We can also provide a professional DJ set along with the band, which keeps the party going before, in between and after our live performances. This is essentially the same as hiring a separate DJ, but as we're already at your event it makes things much more streamlined, and cheaper! You can request as many songs as you like before your event, your guests can make requests on the night, and we can take care of all announcements. Everything is absolutely seamless and it saves you a lovely chunk of your wedding budget. Nice! ACOUSTIC SET If you're looking for some entertainment before our live performance, our acoustic set is perfect. It's a little more chilled out than the full band, so it's great for wedding receptions, guest arrivals, or basically any time during an event when you need to fill some dead air. Our acoustic set is performed by Jamie and Rob from the band. They use acoustic guitars to keep the volume at a good level for chatting, and provide two duration options of either 2 x 30 minute sets or 1 hour long set. BANDEOKE Our Bandeoke set turns us into your very own live band karaoke setup. We'll supply the music, backing singers and microphones. We provide the lyrics just like regular karaoke, so you just have to supply the epic vocals and sing your heart out. With around 150 tracks to choose from, our Bandeoke set gives you a whole 45 minutes of extra live music and it's a unique part of the night that your guests won't forget about in a hurry.
