Henry Bateman

Henry's focus is working with his clients to offer the most personal experience he can. Whatever your event - Henry wants it to be unique to you. Henry will collaborate with you in the run-up to your event to better understand how you want his music to fit in to your plans, and what you want to hear. Henry also understands how stressful organising a big event like a wedding can be (having done it himself recently!). Henry is well-organised, and will leave you feeling that your music is 'sorted' well ahead of schedule. Henry has performed at weddings and events around the UK for the last 13 years, both in bands and and a solo act. Now, Henry focuses his attention to working solo as he feels this leaves him the most flexibility to really craft a personal experience on the day. At the age of eighteen, Henry received an Exhibition Award from Trinity Guildhall in recognition of an exceptional performance in his Grade Eight Classical Guitar exam. He then studied music to Master's level at Leeds Conservatoire, where he achieved the 'Director's Prize' in recognition of his achievements. He is also a trained music therapist.
