Hi! I’ve been playing at events for 15 years and have performed for a number of exclusive clients over the years. From a private yacht in French Polynesia, to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai, to the local Lowry Hotel! I cover a wide variety of artists in my sets, and guarantee I’ll always have something for everyone. I love learning request songs too, especially if they have the challenge of another language. So far I’ve covered Italian, French, German and Japanese! Over the years, I’ve achieved a lot in my musical career. I have two bands - The Retrosettes and The Horse Puppets. We toured around Europe supporting Simply Red, and were also featured in the film ‘Youth’ with Michael Caine and Paul Dano. Life is never dull! Alongside these, I’ve also really enjoyed playing for ceremonies and making that part of someone’s big day extra special. So get in touch, and let’s have a chat!

Helena saved the night when we were let down right at the last minute by the booked singer for our first event of the year. With hours to spare, Helena committed to working the same evening, arriving in a timely manner with a fabulously kind and professional attitude. She was fresh faced and ready to give it her all. Her repertoire was varied, up to date and with insanely good vocals to match. Our event was a Parisian theme and she even went the extra mile by addressing our guests in French. A few French songs were thrown in for good measure and her engagement with the team and our customers was just prefect. Her work ethic should also be mentioned. First and foremost, once booked, Helena is there to work. She offered a long set list and didn't need anything at all - just got on with it! A great accidental choice - and we've booked her again!!!

We absolutely loved having Helena sing at our wedding reception. She very kindly sung me down the aisle which was just magical and something we will never forget. She has an incredible voice! We especially loved the older songs like Nina Simone etc and more live lounge style songs. All of our guests commented on how wonderful her voice was. We would 100% book her again. What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try to be as flexible as possible, so if your timings change leading up to the date we can talk about the options.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Of course, this is a standard request and I'm happy to put on a playlist in between my sets. There is an additional charge to leave music playing after the final set.

How much time do you need to set up?

Providing the 'load in' in straightforward, I can be set up in 30 minutes if I need to be.

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Absolutely, as long as the piano is fully working and in tune.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes, no problem at all.

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes, I normally bring my own and speakers.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, I'm more than happy to learn one request free of charge for your special day. If its something more complicated than my usual repertoire there may be an additional charge.
