About Heather

Heather is a cellist in Glasgow currently working as a cello teacher and a freelance player in a number of ensembles.

Heather is a fourth year undergraduate student at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Having previously studied with Betsy Taylor and David O'Connell at the Junior Conservatoire of Scotland and then with Aleksei Kiseliov, Principal Cellist of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, she now studies under Alison Wells. Heather teaches privately and works on a freelance basis with a number of ensembles such as the Scottish Festival Orchestra and Cairn String Quartet.
