Hazel studied at the RNCM, on completion of her undergraduate degree she went on to be awarded a distinction in performance at post graduate level. Hazel travels and tours widely as a violinist and has performed throughout Europe, Australia, America and Africa. As a soloist, highlights include concerto performances in UK and numerous recital series with her piano duo partner with her violin duo Elektra being in demand all over the world. She plays with many leading UK orchestras including CBSO, Halle, Northern Ballet and London Concert Orchestra and has recorded and toured with artists including Shirley Bassey, Leona Lewis, Joy division, Sandy Shaw and Michael Buble. She has also made several TV appearances such as Strictly Come Dancing, Royal Variety Performance and Jools Holland.
