Harry Is a Cellist based in London. After the completion of his MMus degree, he continues his Masters in Advanced Instrumental Studies (MPerf) as a Scholarship student at the World renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Graduating with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Music Performance from the University of Leeds with the “Award for Outstanding Achievement in Performance” and the “Alison Christine Silversides Award”, Harry spent his third year of Erasmus studies abroad at the Conservatorio di Verona, Italy. Harry regularly performs at various events and weddings as a soloist and as part of string ensembles such as string quartets. Harry enjoys orchestral playing and has been Principal Cellist of The Peak District String Orchestra (PDSO); The University of Leeds School of Music's Orchestra; The Leeds University Music Society's (LUUMS) Symphony and Chamber Orchestras. He enjoys playing at the top London Concert Venues such as The Barbican Centre, and Fairfield Halls. He is also an experienced soloist including recitals of J.C Bach's Cello Concerto in C Minor with the PDSO; Elgar's Cello Concerto in E Minor with the LUUMS Symphony Orchestra in both Leeds and Koblenz, Germany. Harry enjoys performing in concert series around london such as the Iris Axon concert series, the St Mary-le-Bow concert series, and in Milton Court Concert hall.

I will always try to be as flexible as possible and accommodate changes in timings when given reasonable notice.

How much time do you need to set up?

Yes

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, however I will need a chair.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, if given advanced notice and I don't already know/have the music for the piece. There is a fee of £30 for this service per piece, to take into account the purchasing of music and rehearsal time.
