Customer questions

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed at many venues across the United Kingdom and Europe here are just a few. • St David’s Hall- Cardiff • Lillestrom Kultursenter, Norway • Kurhaus, Wiesbaden Wedding Venues • Tall John’s House • Tredegar House •Llandough Castle Gardens • Gileston Manor •Pennard House •Vale Hotel •Cock O’ Barton • Manor Parc

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know. I also only tend to book one event per say to ensure I can accommodate for slight changes that may arise.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually allow 30 minutes to set up but aim to arrive an hour before the performance time.

Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?

Absolutely - I include all travel costs, including the transport of my harp, in all quotes.

Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?

None at all - my instrument is played acoustically so I don't need any equipment. If it is raining then I will need full cover or to perform indoors as my instrument is valuable and could be damaged

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My repertoire list is varied and has been crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to provide a great atmosphere for your guests. I'm certainly happy to chat through my repertoire and find what works best for your event.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I take requests to add a personal element to your day. If there is a particular song that you would like that isn’t currently on my repertoire list please don’t hesitate to ask. There is no additional fee for this as it will already be covered in my quotation fee.

From customers:

Hannah (, 2 years ago

Hannah played the harp at our Wedding (Easter Saturday April 2019). Firstly we were thankful to her for spending her Easter weekend to play at our wedding. Hannah organised for us to meet up prior to the wedding so we could listen to her wide repertoire of music from all genres. She was able to recommend pieces and she blew us away with her talent! We knew that even if she didn’t know the piece we wanted, she would have gone away to learn it for us. On the day, she was calm, friendly and professional. The harp added a special touch which people still remember to this day! We are so glad that we chose the harp for our wedding music and also very glad we chose Hannah to play too! We can’t recommend her enough! Thank you.
