Hannah Reuben Williams

Hannah recently graduated from The University of Leeds with a 1st Class Honours in Music Performance with a Year Abroad studying clarinet at Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Castilla y Leon. She began clarinet at the age of 8, being taught by her grandfather Cyril Reuben – a professional session musician playing with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Shirley Bassey and The Beatles. Hannah attended the High Wycombe Music Centre and was principal clarinettist of the Buckinghamshire County Youth Wind Orchestra. She was heavily involved in the Leeds University Union Music Society, as both as a performer, and as a manager of the Symphonic Wind Orchestra (including the organisation of a joint tour with the Symphony Orchestra to Berlin). She was also heavily involved in ensembles in Salamanca, and was selected to perform Spanish music in Moscow as part of the SalMos Festival. Hannah has also played Bass Clarinet for the European Union Youth Wind Orchestra. Hannah also plays saxophone and flute in pit bands for musicals and operas across West Yorkshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
