Hannah read music at the University of Manchester, before continuing her studies in piano at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where she graduated with distinction. During this time, Hannah embarked upon her career in ensemble singing, appearing in The Sixteen’s inaugural Genesis Sixteen scheme, with Harry Christophers and Eamonn Dougan. Since then, Hannah has established herself as a core member of various London-based ensembles, such as Siglo de Oro and The Erebus Ensemble, and has also performed with a number of internationally-renowned groups, including The Sixteen, The Gabrieli Consort and Tenebrae. Hannah recently appeared in her first opera – Brighton Early Music Festival’s critically acclaimed La Liberazione di Ruggiero – as Sirena.
As the founding manager of The Fieri Consort, Hannah has led tours across the United Kingdom and to Australia, and performed several times on BBC Radio 3. She looks forward to the release of Fieri’s first recording, due later this year.
