Public liability insurance of £10 million

The A-Listers are a young, contemporary, and versatile party band with a vast playlist of modern chart hits, as well as classics from the 50’s through to the 00’s. The band consists of 5 professional and experienced musicians, who have all worked with some of the biggest names in the music business, as well as starring in west end musicals. Our musicians have worked with Jamie Cullum, Alison Moyet, Bjorn Again, Liberty X, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, and INXS to name but a few. All members of the band have extensive experience of playing at weddings, University balls, private parties, charity events, and corporate functions. The band is available as either a 5 piece band with Female and Male vocals, or a 4 piece band with Male vocals. This enables the band to adapt to stage space limitations, and most importantly, adapt to the budget of the client. The 5 Piece band line up consists of Female Lead Vocals, Male Lead Vocals/Guitar, Bass Guitar/Backing Vocals, Keyboards,/Backing Vocals, and Drums. The 4 piece band is the same line up without Female vocals. What makes The A Listers different to others bands is their ability to keep their playlist fresh and up to date, playing the most recent chart hits of the 00’s as well as classics form the 50’s to the 90’s. The playlist is always organised on the night, and is always varied to cater for the age range of the audience, and the songs that we know will get people up and dancing. The A Listers are totally reliable, punctual, and smartly dressed. Onstage they are energetic and entertaining, involving the audience in the performance wherever possible! The band is fully self contained, providing a top of the range PA and lighting system for audiences up to 300 people. With the A Listers you get great value for money as we can play up to 3 x 45 minute sets. In addition, they can play extended sets, and if requested can play an additional Jazz/background music set during dinner or a drinks reception, and can even include a DJ in between the live sets. The band travel all over the UK and overseas, and will always strive to make your event special and give you a show you’ll never forget!

Thank you so much for playing at our wedding last Saturday. The band were outstanding and even got family members who usually avoid the dance floor like the plague up and dancing! Our only regret was that we didn't get to hear more of you ourselves as we were so busy trying to talk to everyone - will just have to recommend you to some of our other friends for their weddings! Best wishes, Christine

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £200.”

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 2 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn for example the 1st dance at a wedding, we are happy to learn this for you included in the quote.
