Superb communication with Mark, the band were on location and set up in time for our NYE event. Guests at the event were extremely pleased with the quality of the bands performance and range of music. The band have assisted our venue committee with feedback for us as hosts which will be considered for events moving forward. We chose Groove Collider for entertainment at our wedding and they were amazing. Before the day all the communications were helpful and professional. The music was amazing, brilliant song choices delivered by really talented musicians. So many of our guests commented on how awesome they were and how well they engaged the crowd and got people dancing. Also really friendly lovely people. Highly recommended if you want a superb music from lovely people. If I could give then more stars I would!

I used them for my 60th Birthday party for 150 guests. There was a great selection of music that was loved by people from 20 to 80 years of age. People even started dancing to the sound check! I would certainly use them again. Every song had people dancing to it.

We chose Groove Collider after weeks of searching online for a wedding band. We were delighted to find a five piece band with great vocals within our budget and a very reasonable price. Planning a wedding through lock-down was tricky but they were in constant communication and replied within a day. On the wedding day itself,they arrived when they said they would, and waited to set up after the speeches as they lasted longer than expected. The dance-floor was packed from half way through our first dance up untill the last song they played. We would recommend them in a heartbeat and thank you very much for making our wedding the day it was.

From your ceremony through to the final evening anthem, let Groove Collider provide the soundtrack to your entire wedding celebration. **Ceremony: Up to 1 hour of music before the service begins, music during the signing of the register, and music as guests leave. Solo acoustic guitar (4 pm TBC) ** Drinks reception: 2 x 45-minute performances at the drinks reception (mixed solo and band sets). ** Evening performance: 2 x 60 min performances, evening entertainment (5-piece full band). Which artists have you been most influenced by?

This is a difficult question. We take influences from old pros like Queen to more up-to-date artists like Ariande Grande and Justin Timberlake. So we're pretty varied.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We've performed at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole for a charity ball attended by around 400 guests, as well as events at venues including Birmingham City FC and Wolves FC.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

The advertised lineup is the intended lineup, with suitable professional cover available if an unforeseen situation arises.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our signature evening show features the full five-piece band with male and female vocals. We can also provide smaller acoustic arrangements for wedding ceremonies and drinks receptions.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If you need us to arrive earlier or perform later then we can try an accommodate you.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes. Our evening packages include DJ-style playlists to keep the atmosphere going around our live performances. You're welcome to share favourite songs for the playlist.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote. We also require 3 to 4 13 amp sockets to power our equipment. Space-wise we usually require a minimum of 3 metres deep by 5 metres wide stage area that is flat.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. Prices strat from £200 for this service depending on the complexity of the song.
