Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
Couples love that we bring something different to their wedding while keeping the warmth and emotion of live acoustic music. Our stripped-back arrangements make familiar songs feel fresh, and our relaxed approach puts people at ease. We tailor our sets to each couple, from alternative favourites to meaningful requests and first dances.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We’ve performed at a range of live music venues across London and the South East, including The Boileroom (Guildford), Facebar (Reading), Sound Lounge (Sutton), Ram Jam (Kingston), The Fighting Cocks (Kingston), Crazy Coqs (Piccadilly), Amersham Arms (London) and Bridewell Theatre (London).
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
We’re influenced by a mix of rock, alternative, emo and pop-punk artists, including Paramore, Bring Me The Horizon, Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, The Donnas, Evanescence, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Sleep Token and The Pretty Reckless. We love bringing the energy and attitude of heavier music into acoustic performances.
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
One of our most memorable and high-profile performances was at Crazy Coqs in Piccadilly, London, a well-known live music and cabaret venue in the heart of the West End. Performing in such a central London setting was a fantastic experience and a great opportunity to share our music with a new audience.
Do you have different line-up options?
Our base line-up is one female singer (Grace) and a guitarist (Tom) who also performs some backing vocals. There is the option (for additional costs) to add a backing female vocalist and a cajon (rhythm) player.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We can try to adapt to the timings, providing it doesn't significantly change the cost or travel arrangements.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes, we can provide music in between our sets.
How much time do you need to set up?
We will need approximately 1.5 hours to setup and sound check. We would prefer to do this before guests arrive, if possible.
Can you roam around while you perform?
Generally, the vibe of our sets are that we are sat still and together during our performance.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Take your pick of your faves from our songs to build your setlist, or we can curate the setlist for you based on the vibe you're going for. Or for those who want to add a little bit of rock & roll, emo or metal to an event, choose a completely alternative setlist or combine with songs from our general list.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes, equipment is included.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
1 extra song is included in our price packages. If you want us to learn more, this is absolutely possible but will just incur an additional cost.
