Dynamic, powerful and soulful, his voice resonates with a raw energy and has been described as‘a sublime mixture of gravel and honey’.

Professional Singer, Guitarist, Band Leader and Vocal Coach. Two albums released and distributed World-Wide via “Proper Music’ (and available for download via many sites). Performed in many venues throughout Europe, The USA, The Caribbean and Asia. Sleeve notes from debut album “no need for lables”. I decided that he wanted to travel the path of the musical entertainer when I was very young. The majority of those who, like me, find themselves on similar pathways will acknowledge that there is a kind of inevitability to the journey that they will have to make in order to achieve true musicianship. To undertake this journey is not easy and the prospect of fanfares and public adulation is unlikely. But we make the journey nonetheless. Now don’t get me wrong: I’m not saying that a musical journey made on a supersonic flight, flying first-class to instant fame and fortune is bad. A performer arriving by this route samples the instantaneous highs of success, and what could be better than that? Obscurity to stardom in an instant! But then they will have to sustain their performances. Have they had time to build up the necessary stamina that comes from gigging venues such as working -men’s clubs and pubs that enables the grafting musician to acquire a substance that is gleaned from years of experience? This experience is like an ‘ever-changing canvas’. You work back-street venues with audiences whose faces state ‘Well, go on then – entertain me!’ to more prestigious events where all that is required of you is to be a bit of background music. You perform anywhere, and to anyone who asks for you. You experience the lows that make you wonder why you bother - and then comes the rush…… when you win their attention, an expression on someone’s face that tells you you’ve touched a nerve, someone saying ‘thanks, that was great’ at the end of a gig. All these are like diamonds to be treasured, locked away in the emotional memory and brought out again when the going gets tough. My journey has brought me to the point of realisation that I have done a kind of a musical apprenticeship over a period of years, in a variety of venues and worked alongside others who have made similar journeys. We have used our creativity to hone our craft, listened to our diverse audiences in order to perfect our musical skills and developed our abilities to entertain. And that’s why I’ve made this, my first album now – because I feel I can. I am lucky enough to have worked with so many talented musicians over the years that there are just too many to acknowledge. I have shared stages with some of the best, have been inspired by and am still in awe of them all. To all of you – a sincere ‘thank you’ for the privilege and I look forward to seeing you at ‘the next one’.

“Any small changes are very easily accommodated. Major changes can also be accommodated just let me know and we can sort it.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

“Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like us to provide a Professional DJ service during our break and for up to 60 minutes after we finish our last set we provide this for an additional £200.”

How much time do you need to set up?

“We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!”

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our play lists are compiled from a really extensive list and the list has been put together countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. So long as we have good notice we will also add a couple of your favourite songs (free of charge)

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I have different size PA's for different size venues from very large to a very small battery powered PA. For those intimate events I can even perform just with my acoustic guitar with no microphone or amplifier

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Our play list is huge so if a song isn't included in your song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. Hi Gordon I just wanted to say thanks so much for the set you did at my 50th on Saturday - the selections were great and all my guests were raving about you and how good you were! I've passed your details onto a few people who asked for them so hopefully you'll be getting some calls soon for upcoming events with them. It was a pleasure too to have dealt with you on the organisational side of it; identifying and confirming the logistics of the venue and how we were going to be managing the night itself beforehand made the night go so smoothly and with no hitches. How are you fixed for doing the same for my 60th?!?!?! Thanks again. Best regards Karen

Thank you Gordon for coming at short notice to save our party! You were great! You arrived on time, responded to our requests, judged perfectly what music genre and when to go hard rock and when to reign in back. You more than delivered! I have had very positive feedback all round and pats on the back for finding such a star! I hope you come again to one of our parties next year, thanks again, Rosie Rosie Moore RBBC Offshore Events Richmond Bridge Boat Club
