Good Company are an energetic, acoustic driven band; delivering crowd-pleasing sets that bring familiar favourites to life with a fresh, upbeat twist. Blending dynamic vocals, rhythmic guitar, groove-driven bass, we bring a big sound for a small footprint. Have you noticed that the best songs to dance to have one thing in common? Groove and bass! We’ve built our band around that. Offering a more compact line-up with no compromise on sound. The band can book us as a Duo, Trio or full Band. Our Duo brings charismatic vocals, driving guitar and back beat from a foot drum. This is our smallest footprint. From there, we scale up. Our trio adds groovy bass bringing your favourite songs alive. Great for filling a dance floor. The full band adds a drummer to the lineup. Giving you the fullest sound for your event. The highlight of our performance is our sensational lead vocalist; bringing unrivalled vocal ability and energy that draws everyone to the dance floor. For us the whole room is a stage. How better to party than with a singer dancing and grooving amongst your guests? We refuse to bring anything better than the best. We work with top of the line equipment: PA kit, instruments, lights. We know these things are important! For us, this lets us focus on entertaining. For you it means you’re getting the best.

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We want to give you what you’ve booked so we work very hard to keep our line-up the same. Our singer will never change unless they became ill in the run-up to your event. All musicians used are of the highest quality. We would never be ‘trying someone out’ for your event. These would be trusted professionals. Our reputation means a lot to us.

Do you have different line-up options?

You can book us as a Duo, Trio or Band. Our line-up holds the same commitment to toe-tapping groovy music. Our Duo brings charismatic vocals, driving guitar and back beat from a foot drum. Our trio adds groovy bass bringing your favourite songs alive. Great for filling a dance floor. The full band adds a drummer to the lineup.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we can provide this for an additional £100.

How much time do you need to set up?

It usually takes the band 1 to 1.5 hours to set-up before the performance time. Our approach to this is to disrupt your event as little as possible. The band set up their kit and do a quick sound check as quick as possible. We then provide a free playlist service to ramp people up for a party.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We have a large list of songs that we choose between for an event. In the booking process we will be in contact to work out which generation of song go down well with your guests. From there we curate the perfect set-list for your event. This will often be very dynamic. We often shuffle things around whilst we play to keep the party going.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

We provide all the equipment required to play your event. We are a compact set-up providing a large sound so we can fit into most spaces

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We will always special requests for first dances. This is always our preference this allows us to get the dancing going from the very first moment.
