I hired Golden Thread Co. for a cocktail event at our hotel, and they were absolutely perfect. From the moment they started playing, they set the perfect tone – classy, smooth, and just the right amount of energy to keep the evening flowing. The band’s mix of jazz standards and more contemporary pieces was a huge hit with our guests, and they really brought the space to life without overpowering the conversation. They were also super easy to work with – very professional, and they seamlessly adjusted their set to match the mood of the crowd. Do you have different line-up options?

Our standard lineups are: Quartet - Saxophone/Guitar/Double Bass/Drums Duo - Guitar/Double Bass, Saxophone/Double Bass Trio - Guitar/Double Bass/Drums Quintet - Saxophone/Trumpet/Guitar/Double Bass/Drums All lineups can be adjusted to include a piano and/or singer. The lineup may be subject to change unless specifics are requested

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We want to help your event go off without a hitch, so are often able to be flexible with timings and are happy to adjust bookings when possible. If anything needs to change in the run-up just let us know.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually need around an hour before the gig to set up and 30mins - 1hour for pack down depending on the venue.
