Passionate about singing before even speaking properly, my first stage performance was back in 1998, and since then I have gone through a lot of music, people, adventures, and fun... I had great experiences during those years with bands like Soul in Cage, White Shadows, and Mastif. I moved to London in 2011, and I had a great year with the band Hagstone, recording an album and touring in the UK. After that experience, I decided to start my solo career and, from that point, I've released 7 albums. I've been gigging around London as a solo artist for many years, singing my material and covers. I've played everywhere: festivals, weddings, garden parties, pajama parties (yes...), pubs & restaurants, New Year's Eve, birthdays... When I perform, I always look for interaction and connection with the audience. I love it when people sing back and party with me, but I can also play background, chilled music if you prefer, or if the situation requires it. People usually compliment me for the setlist, and it's a big compliment because I change it based on the place and environment. Also, I'm happy to take requests if I know the song or if you can help me sing. I also have a big list of songs you can choose from, with different moods. Songs from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, (Otis Redding, J. Cash, Elvis, The Beatles, Creedence, Queen), lots of stuff from the 90s (Oasis, Robbie Williams, Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers), to more modern tunes like Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Stereophonics, or Kings of Leon. I also have many guitars and can play acoustic or electric, based on the songs or your preferences.

Thank you so much Gio for such a fun night. The loveliest guy, I felt we were in safe hands immediately. Gio is a great communicator and answered any questions I had quickly. The night was great fun, Gio read the room perfectly providing great sing along anthems and the perfect backdrop for my husbands 50th birthday. Thanks for making the trip to sleepy Suffolk.

We had the pleasure of Giovanni performing at our home for both my mother’s and mother-in-law’s 80th birthday parties, and he truly made both events unforgettable. Giovanni’s performances were filled with emotion and energy and made extra special by allowing our daughter to duet with him which of course made it even more special. He was punctual and professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly down to the timing of the cake and singing happy birthday. Overall, Giovanni’s contribution to our celebrations was invaluable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better performer. We highly recommend him for any special event!

Giovanni played at our Summer Garden party and really got our party going with all different music from 80’s to current songs. Many of our friends joined in with him singing and he enjoyed that which made it so much more fun for everyone! He was great at communicating and professional and easy to get along with. What do your clients love most about your performances?

Usually my clients love my setlist, my flexibility, my positive attitude and the interaction I have with people.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Lots: I would say mainly Queen, Pearl Jam or Iron Maiden. But I have my own style.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Hard to choose. In Italy I used to perform in festivals and squares with hundreds of people. In London, maybe the most prestigious place was The water rats in King's cross as Bob Dylan, Oasis and Skunk Anansie performed there as well, in the past.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

No problem. I'm very flexible, we can work it out!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Sure! I can do this for free between sets. If you want this service via my PA I can provide it for an additional £50 per hour.”

How much time do you need to set up?

I'm ready in about 20 minutes.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Sure! Also, if you have requests I can try and work it out.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! I have my own PA and I can play with both acoustic or electric guitar.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list there is a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I'll try and work it out. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
