I am a professional live session musician with 10 years of experience on the covers circuit, and over 2000 professional performances in this period. I have worked all over the UK, Australia, and a number of countries in Europe, and have heaps of experience on stage with bands, and on my own. This variation of my act was created due to the current social distancing requirements. Various Duo options are available too(also complying with the social distancing rules) depending on client requirements. Customised song lyrics for Window/Balcony performances are also available. My song list consists of top hits from all the decades since the 70s.

George performed in our garden to celebrate my husband’s 50th. His performance lifted a tiny gathering to our very own ‘miniature Glastonbury’. It was such fun! He has a great voice, is very engaging despite lacking the crowd that he probably is used to, and we ended up dancing in our own garden, while our neighbours applauded him from across the fence! He is perfectly set up for garden parties/bbqs as he brings a battery powered PA system and speaker and even some disco lights. He is a genuinely nice guy, communicated well and timely before the ‘event’, arrived on time and was very positive and flexible when we had a short burst of rain during setting up.

I asked George to perform an acoustic set for my house warming party in February 2020 and I was so glad I did! He performed a selection of classics as well as putting his own spin on quite a few modern tracks, asking for my input and incorporating any songs I particularly wanted, he was happy to learn any he didn’t already know which was great. George went down an absolute storm with my guests, and I still get compliments to this day about his performance. I`d recommend George to anyone looking for a Guitarist Singer, he’s very talented and a lovely guy too.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I`m usually very flexible, but in some rare occasions I might have another booking before or after the time initially specified.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely, I can provide a playlist on Spotify at no extra cost.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up about an hour before the performance time and it takes 10 to 20 mins to set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes, you can pick the songs from my song list.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, if a song isn't included in my song list, there may still be a chance we already know it. but if there is a special song you'd like me to learn I would be happy to try it out. There might be a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
