George Brown Band

The George Brown Band is a modern country band from the South West, performing at weddings, private parties, festivals and events across the UK. We play a mix of modern Nashville country, classic country favourites and a few well-known pop songs with a country feel. Our sets include music from artists like Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Zach Bryan, Chris Stapleton and Dolly Parton, so there's something for both country fans and guests who just want songs they know. We can keep things stripped back for an afternoon acoustic set or bring a bigger, more upbeat sound for an evening party. We have all been performing live for over 8 years and have played at festivals, venues and private events throughout the South West. Along the way, I've had the chance to perform at events including Lil' Nashville, Summer in Nashville, Country Club Festival and Tunes in the Dunes, as well as plenty of weddings and celebrations of all sizes. The band is made up of experienced musicians who enjoy playing live and putting together sets that suit the occasion. We focus on good musicianship, strong vocals and creating the right atmosphere, whether that's background music during drinks or a packed dance floor later in the evening. We're easy to work with and understand how important live music is to an event. We always arrive prepared, communicate clearly before the day, and we're happy to include a first dance or special song where possible. Based in the South West but happy to travel, we play everything from relaxed acoustic country to full-band country anthems, and we're always looking forward to the next event.
