Clarinet and saxophone player based in south east England. An experienced and versatile player in symphony, jazz and wind orchestras.
Clarinettist
South East England

Achieving my Grade 8 clarinet in 2010 and a Grade 8 saxophone the following year, I began my orchestral experience with the Guildford Youth Symphony Orchestra in 2013, becoming principle clarinet in 2014. In this same year, I joined the Southampton University Symphony (SUSO) and Southampton University Symphonic Wind (SUSWO) Orchestras and was promoted to principle clarinet for SUSWO in 2015. In addition, I am principle saxophonist for the Southampton University Jazz Orchestra and a member of the Southampton University Sinfonietta. In 2016, I was awarded 2nd for 'Most Outstanding Musical Performer' at the University of Southampton. During my orchestral experience, I have been lucky enough to work with incredible conductors including Robin Browning, Jonathan Lo, George Jackson and Frank Zielhorst. Furthermore, I have had regular work with pit orchestras around the South east of England including Surrey and Hampshire, working on productions including 'Guys and Dolls' and 'How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying'. I have recently been appointed Vice President for SUSO, running the orchestra and furthering my musical knowledge.
