Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

The front singer and the keyboard player are always the same as in the video. Should one of the other band members not be available, we will have another high level musician playing that instrument. We always work with highly qualified and professional musicians, so you can receive the best possible quality.

Do you have different line-up options?

The main line-up is 5-pc, but we also have a 6-pc line up (+percussion). For smaller events, a 4-pc line-up is possible (Vocals, Keys, Drums, Bass) or even 3-pc (Vocals, Keys, Bass or Guitar), if only background music is needed. Prices for the different line-ups on request.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

If the date doesn't change, there is no problem with earlier or later start (no additional fees). However, it depends on he distance to the venue and existing bookings for the previous/next days. Later start is usually less problematic. We do have additional fees for longer playtimes (on request).

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide background music from our iPad up to 1 hour before our first set and also between our sets. A maximum of 30 minutes background music after our final set is also possible.

How much time do you need to set up?

We need 60-90 minutes for setup. We will have the PA ready 30-60 minutes before our first set.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We strive to play what works best for the given audience to make sure they have the best time. The actual songs may vary from performance to performance, depending on the audience. However, we can discuss the details of your event and your guests, so we can find the best songs.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes

Can you learn song requests before the event?

No problem. Feel free to send us up to 3 special song requests and we will learn them for free.
