I started playing classical guitar at school and progressed into rock guitar, playing with a couple of bands in my late teens. After a hiatus of many years and a move to Devon, I formed Falling Apart 14 years ago, since when we have gigged on an increasing basis in pubs, clubs, events and festivals throughout the South West and further afield. In 2016, I decided along my long standing pianist and good friend in the band to form our duo, Rough Justice, to explore and play other genres of music and to make our own music. In 2018, we released our first EP "A bit of Rough" and have gigged regularly throughout at numerous different venues and events. In addition to gigging with the band and duo, 2019 saw the creation of Good Times Trio and Function Band - essentially the same band members as in Falling Apart, but with a semi acoustic and pop offering aimed at functions and events. I am not, and have no current intention of being a solo perfomer as I thrive on the energy I get with my band colleagues when playing. I love music and I love performing and making people happy. As a professional lawyer during the day, I bring my organisational skills to the fore in effectively managing every aspect of the band, trio and duo.
