Customer questions
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
Ideally, yes. No members of the band have changed in We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-audititioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level.”
Do you have different line-up options?
Our main line-up is 2xvocals, drums, bass, guitar & piano/keyboards. However, the 7-piece with sax is also popular, as is the 8-piece which adds trumpet too.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
As we're generally all on-site between 6-midnight, we are very flexible to any time changes that happen on the night or just before. That's not a problem.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes. Our PA is available free of charge up until midnight anytime we're not on stage. We generally ask clients to provide a Spotify playlist for the evening. Or alternatively, we can just take care of that for you and provide you with one of our own playlists.
How much time do you need to set up?
Normally we need an hour to set-up, unless the load-in is a bit tricky, we might need an extra 15 mins or so. Generally we arrive at 6pm, do a quick soundcheck and have your playlist ready to go from 7pm.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes, by all means you can look through the set list and highlight particular songs you'd like us to play, or alternatively songs you wouldn't!
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes, all PA and lighting is included in the price. All we ask is for a stage/area of 5m x 3m and access to power points on either side of the stage.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes of course. We offer one song request free of charge.
