Fireball began 20 years ago when 2 likeminded professional musicians wanted to create a rock band that performed on a much higher level than the ordinary pub type covers band. Over the years, FIREBALL has grown in stature and on-stage presence, having made 12 trips to Daytona, USA to perform mini tours to thousands of event-goers for the huge Harley Davidson festivals, Bikeweek & Biketoberfest, and a continuing ten year stint as firm favorites of the Isle Of Man TT race festival week, appearing at ALL the ongoing venues across the event! With professional stagecraft, FIREBALL are an extremely friendly and client-facing rock band, delivering over 2 hours of high octane classic rock from the 60's to the present day.. every tune is a singalong, and is delivered with mighty force! FIREBALL are based in York, North yorkshire, UK, but consider themselves to be nomadic.. having played in and out of Europe, USA and across the british isles, distance is never an issue. FIREBALL have shared the stage with such influential artists such as Pat Travers band and Rick Derringer. With a 3k sound rig and lights, FIREBALL are very much self contained for most corporate and private events, but can source bigger sound reinforcement if requested to.
