Customer questions
What do your clients love most about your performances?
Clients frequently praise my ability to create a unique atmosphere with my saxophone, whether it's an upbeat, lively vibe for parties or a serene, romantic ambiance for weddings. My versatility and ability to adapt to any event's mood sets me apart.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
Highlights of my career include performing for a dramatic helicopter landing event and serenading guests on a River Thames cruise. My experience extends across a myriad of corporate events, festivals, and private gatherings, demonstrating a versatile performance repertoire.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
My musical style has been heavily influenced by renowned saxophonists such as John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, and Stan Getz. Their innovative approach to jazz has greatly inspired my performances. Contemporary artists like Kenny G and Dave Koz have also shaped my repertoire, infusing it with a modern touch
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
The most high-profile gig I've performed was for an exclusive helicopter landing event. The setting was spectacularly unique and the audience comprised distinguished guests. My performance on the saxophone served as the musical backdrop to the dramatic landing, creating a truly memorable event.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
I always do my best to be flexible so that your event runs as smoothly as possible. Please notify me if timings change slightly in the run-up to the event.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Absolutely, I can provide a free playlist service in between my sets to help keep the mood and keep your guests energized throughout the performance!. If you'd like playlist service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £30 per hour
How much time do you need to set up?
I usually set up about 30/1h before the performance time.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
My set lists are the result of countless performances and learning what works best to ensure that my guests dance and have a good time. "However, I'm always happy to talk things through and make sure we find what works for your event."
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument to play.
If you require me to play alongside a DJ I would need to plug my mic into their system
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
Even if a song isn't on my playlist, there's a good chance I already know it. If you have a favourite song that you'd like me to learn, please let me know.
