I'm a singer songwriter based in Greater Manchester and I've been performing in pubs and clubs since I was 18 years old. After finishing university, I decided that I wouldn't be happy doing anything other than music. When I perform live, I am fully acoustic, just me and my guitar and I love to take a well known song and do something completely different with it. My main influences are country and rock, but I also love pop and I especially love making dance tracks fully acoustic. I've had the pleasure of performing in all sorts of interesting places over the years, from a sweet shop to Castlefield Bowl, and provide music for a variety of events, including corporate events, birthday parties and festivals.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

This shouldn't be a problem as long as you let me know as far in advance as possible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I am happy to provide music in between my sets. If you let me know in advance I will also happilly create a custom playlist built round your music tastes.

How much time do you need to set up?

It should usually take me around 30 minutes to set up my PA and do a basic sound check.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

If there are songs that you would particularly like me to include from my set list, then I am happy to so long as we have a final list 5 days before the event in order to practice the transitions and such.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I have my own PA (suitable for small venues of max 100 cap), and I provide my own guitar, mic, cables, etc.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, but this would require an aditional fee of £30 for up to 3 songs for events booked at least 3 weeks in advance. I also prefer to discuss a few options in advance so that I can let you know if a song doesn't work with my voice/style and we can replace it. For more than 3 songs, add £10 and 1 week per song, max 6 songs.
