Emilie was one of 9 young singers chosen to participate in the Glyndebourne Academy programme 2017 and subsequently was awarded the biennial Bill Weston Young Singers Award from Glyndebourne Opera House in October 2018. Upon completion of her studies, Emilie was accepted to study a three month Erasmus through the European Opera Academy at the Conservatorio Luigi Cherubini in Florence, Italy, completing the programme and returning to Wales in December 2019. Following the lifting of the coronavirus restrictions in 2022, Emilie has worked as a freelance musician and singing teacher; she also sings for the charity Music in Hospitals and Care, performing in hospital and care home settings regularly. Recent achievements and engagements include; winner of both the 'Song from A Show' and 'Championship Solo' competitions at Abergavenny Eisteddfod 2022, main cast member in Payday Party at Edinburgh Fringe 2022, runner up at the 2023 Dunraven Young Welsh Singer of the Year competition, and made her debut as The Queen of Sheba in Handel's Solomon in Bath Abbey in April 2023, the first time the work had been performed in Bath in over 250 years.

Emilie, communicated her arrival time her song choice and asked if we had any request. She came to the made up stage and was absolutely stunning, Each song was explained what it meant and who wrote or sang the song, then she the amazingly performed the song without a microphone, absolutely beautiful, the entire wedding reception was stunned totally mesmerised by her voice. Emilie is 100% genuinely wonderful, I will be booking her again Thank you Emilie

Emilie has a beautiful soprano voice and she has a wonderful presence. She was very professional and easy going at the same time. She made the party! I would highly recommend her for any kind of event whether a party or a wedding. She sang classical songs and some from shows. And she is gorgeous to look at. Fantastic, highly recommended.
