About Elliott

Guitarist
London
Public liability insurance of £10 million

Elliott Morris has built a reputation as one of the UK’s hardest-working independent artists, honing his craft on the road and performing across the British Isles, from Orkney to Jersey, Boston to Llangrannog, Belfast to Clonakilty. Further afield, he’s headlined shows in Germany, Holland, Ireland and Canada. He has received a coveted Danny Kyle Award from Celtic Connections, and has appeared twice and won three awards from the Andrea Parodi World Music Festival in Sardinia, including the ‘best music’ accolade. Elliott toured the UK supporting Paul Carrack at more than fifty major concert hall venues, including The London Palladium, a relationship which later saw Carrack perform on Elliott’s records. Along the way he’s shared stages with an impressive list of artists including Frank Turner, Andy McKee, Seth Lakeman, Lau, Damien O’Kane & Ron Block, Albert Lee, Big Country, The Levellers, Ed Sheeran, Cara Dillon and Eddi Reader. During lockdown, Elliott turned to livestreaming his gigs while recording new material from home, culminating in a special performance filmed in the bedroom of Jimi Hendrix’s London flat. Elliott released his third solo album, Something Worth Fighting For, in 2022. January 2026 saw the release of As It Is Now, As It Was Then, by Kyntra, his folk duo with Henry Webster. Their single Stranger’s Point was added to Spotify editorial playlists and has since amassed nearly 300,000 streams. The album was celebrated with a sold-out London launch show, appearances at Celtic Connections and more sold-out performances at Cambridge New Routes and Fiddler’s Inn, Neuruppin, Germany. Recent solo appearances have also included an invited acoustic performance at Gibson Garage London, as Elliott continues to introduce audiences to material from his forthcoming solo releases.

He is a fearsome young guitarist, performing a mix of his own compositions and some blues classics from such luminaries as Eric Roche and John Martyn. His mastery of guitar earned him his place on stage and his slap guitar was entertaining as well as skilful. One to watch.
