Elliot didn't turn up on the day and I received a message from him 20 minutes after the agreed start time to say he was ill and a chap called Bruce arrived at approx 1300. He was very good.

Hi Robert, I’m sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I rarely have to cancel a performance but due to an urgent medical matter, I had no choice. Rather than leave you without any music for your event I was luckily able to source an excellent musician to step in for me at the last minute and you appear to have enjoyed his music, so if the review were based on music alone I would hope that it would be more favourable. Once again I am sorry to have not met your expectations on this occasion but having had all 5-star reviews until now, I imagine you can see that this was not a normal situation and I’m glad you enjoyed the music that I was able to source for you.

We will never be able to thank Elliot enough for being a part of our wedding day. Communication was incredible from the moment we began booking, and he was kind enough to learn a piece of music for us that was honestly just magical to hear when I walked down the aisle. What’s more, we probably were the unluckiest choosing the wettest Saturday in August to get married, but Elliot still smiled throughout, embraced it with us, and played gorgeously to keep us still smiling during the rain. Elliot is not only an incredibly talented man, but also so wonderfully kind inside and out, and can only encourage anyone to book him for their events. 5 stars aren’t enough! Elliot was amazing. He played beautifully for my wedding; both ceremony and part of my reception. A wonderful addition to my day and well worth every penny.

We had the pleasure of Elliot play for us at our wedding. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Elliot was such a friendly gentleman, with an impressive collection of songs to choose from and he was happy to learn new songs specifically for us! Our only regret was not being around enough ( photographs etc) to hear more of it ourselves however all of our guests commented on how wonderfully he played and it was the icing on the cake for our wedding. If you're looking for talent and atmosphere for your big day ( or any other occasion) then look no further, this is the guy for you... he will not disappoint!
