I'm Ellen, and I'm a London based events musician specialising in Pop/Folk acoustic covers of current chart songs all the way through to 80s classics, from artists like Dua Lipa, George Ezra and Ed Sheeran through to Oasis, Whitney Houston and Cher. I have over 10 years of experience providing live music for wedding ceremonies and receptions, in addition to parties, corporate and private events, having played at events for the likes of Virgin Media, O2 and RBS. I also provide live music for pubs and bars, restaurants, hotels (including the Penta Hotels and Crowne Plaza Hotels), festivals (including British Summer Time Hyde Park), and other prestigious venues (including Royal Festival Hall, Hackney Empire and Fairfield Halls). I am super flexible depending on the atmosphere you are looking to create for your event, whether that's for your wedding ceremony, relaxed background music for drinks or dinner, or an upbeat party atmosphere to get your guests up and dancing! Having travelled across the country over the last 10 years, I have significant experience playing for these types of events and more, including proposals and bespoke surprise events, all the way through to army barracks and rugby club parties! I love to create a bespoke and unique experience for you and your event. Other accolades include MTV Cover of the Month winner and over 100,000 streams on debut single Going Under. My covers have been publicly recognised and shared by the likes of Anne-Marie, Dua Lipa, Louisa Johnson, Danny Jones (McFly) and Stefflon Don. I am a soloist including singing and guitar, and provide a full PA system adaptable to both large and small venues, unless the venue has their own. The Best Night Ever, Thanks to Ellen! Absolutely everyone loved her and we had guests of all ages. Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always do my best to be as flexible as I can, so if timings change slightly in the run up to the event, even on the day of, just let me know. My timings always have some flexibility to make sure your event runs as smoothly as possible!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, definitely. I always provide a playlist between sets unless specified otherwise, and can also provide this before or after the final set.

How much time do you need to set up?

I normally set up an hour prior to performance start time, just to make sure everything runs smoothly. However, I can be flexible with this as set up takes approximately 20 minutes, and set up earlier or later depending on the event!

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely. It's important to me that my performance is bespoke and tailored to you, so I craft a unique set list for every gig based on your needs. There are some songs that I know work well to ensure everyone has a good time, but if there are any songs on my list that you particularly like then please let me know and I will make sure these are worked in!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I’ve got a full PA system with everything I need to perform that’s adaptable to both small and large venues. Everything is PAT tested, and I can provide any certificates if needed.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, definitely. Included in all of my quotes are up to 5 new song requests that you'd like me to learn before the event (this is subject to the time between booking confirmation and the event). I like to make sure that every performance is bespoke and unique to you and your event, so please let me know upon booking if you have any requests.
