I am in my final year studying for an Undergraduate Degree in Music at the University of Huddersfield, studying composing but also performing in the Symphony Orchestra and String Orchestra (Violin 1), Symphonic Wind Orchestra (Bb clarinet), Percussion Ensemble and also, in what the university is most known for, the Brass Band (percussion). I am currently employed by The Band of the Yorkshire Regiment, a Reserve Army Band for which I perform clarinet in concert band and marching/parades, and tenor saxophone in a saxophone quartet. In the past I have been in the Lancashire Youth Symphony Orchestra in the percussion section, and before that in the Lancashire Schools' Symphony Orchestra playing tenor saxophone and bass clarinet.
