I am a London based electric guitarist and oud player with extensive experience of playing at a range of event types, at venues including The 100 Club, The Pizza Express Jazz Club and Truck Festival. After a number of years of intense gigging during my studies I have become well versed in a variety of styles, and would be more than happy to alter my setlist to include repertoire from Jazz, R&B and Pop, as well as Turkish and Arabic music. Having studied performance and popular music at The Brit School and Goldsmiths University of London I have been able to develop and refine my playing style, making me a highly adaptable musician and a quick learner. Throughout my years of study and gigging I have surrounded myself with a network of skilled musicians, that I regularly work with. Should your event require the addition of a vocalist, horns, bassist, or percussionist, I would be able to organise a larger ensemble. I am also an oud player with experience in Turkish and Arabic playing styles, with a setlist of popular Turkish or Arabic songs, as well as classical repertoire ready. Upon request I am able to perform with a Vocalist (Turkish or Arabic) as well as a percussionist (darabuka, bendir, riq)
