Best in the world! We had Evolution perform at my birthday party, and they absolutely blew everyone away! From the very first note, it was clear that we were in for something truly special. Their energy, charisma, and unmatched talent created an electric atmosphere that had every single guest on their feet, dancing and singing along all night long. The band’s versatility is phenomenal—they seamlessly covered a variety of genres, from classic rock hits by Queen and Bon Jovi to crowd-pleasing party anthems. We hired Lyle & his group for our wedding and it was the best decision we have ever made. From the time of booking all the way to the end of the event, everything was communicated clearly. They were on time, extremely friendly, professional and kept our guests dancing throughout the night. To eveyone who needs a band and/or DJ, please don't look elsewhere. Clients love our energy, versatility, and professionalism. We keep every crowd dancing with seamless live band and DJ transitions, a powerful female lead, and top-tier sound and lighting — always creating a fun, stress-free experience from setup to the final encore.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We’ve performed at 5-star hotels in Dubai, Hilton and Sheraton Toronto, the Toronto Yacht Club, and major festivals like Ribfest. Other highlights include Donalda Club, Big Rig Mississauga, Gambrel Barn, and Bronte Village — from luxury weddings to large corporate events.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

We draw inspiration from artists like Bruno Mars, Dua Lipa, Tina Turner, Bob Marley, and Earth, Wind & Fire — blending pop, rock, soul, reggae, and dance hits to create a show that connects generations and fills dance floors at every event.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We’ve headlined at Hilton and Sheraton Toronto, luxury 5-star hotels in Dubai, the Toronto Yacht Club, and major Ribfest festivals. Our corporate and gala clients include Bell Canada, Kia Motors, and Kiwanis International — always trusting us to deliver an unforgettable show.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Most of the time, yes — our lead female vocalist performs at over 90% of our events. On rare occasions when she’s unavailable, we bring in a substitute singer of the same professional caliber to maintain the same energy, sound, and experience you see in our videos.

Do you have different line-up options?

Absolutely! We can perform as a 5-piece live band (female & male vocals, guitar, bass, drums, keys), or expand to include saxophonist and DJ for a full 6- or 7-piece experience. We tailor each lineup based on your event size, style, and budget.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We understand that schedules can shift, and we’re always as flexible as possible. Just let us know in advance of any timing updates, and we’ll adjust our setup or performance times to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes! A professional DJ is always part of our package. We provide continuous music before, between, and after band sets — so your dance floor never goes quiet. You can also send us a few of your favourite songs or playlists if you’d like them included.

How much time do you need to set up?

We typically require 1.5 to 2 hours for setup and soundcheck before performance time. Once our system is ready, we can play background music to set the mood while your guests arrive or dine.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course! We’re happy to work with you to ensure the vibe fits your event. Our set lists are crafted from hundreds of shows, but you can highlight your must-plays or do-not-plays — and we’ll build around that to keep your guests dancing.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes — our full professional sound system, stage lighting, and dance-floor effects (LEDs, lasers, haze) are included. We just need a safe power supply and performance space of about 12ft x 10ft for the band setup.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely! If it’s not already in our repertoire, we can learn one special song (like a first dance or favourite classic) at no extra charge. Additional custom requests can be added for a small rehearsal fee.
