The Soul Renegades are a great live act that will grab your attention. This versatile group of musicians takes you through an evening of very entertaining Soul, Funk, and Reggae from the 70s and 80s. Delivering with power, passion, and enthusiasm, they have become accustomed to hearing comments about how they “really helped make the evening”. Being a very professional outfit with a wealth of musical experience, their frontman and bandleader Emil has done sessions and toured with the likes of Paul Weller, Blur, M People, and more. Through these associations, he has performed at venues such as Wembley Arena, Royal Albert Hall, Radio One roadshows, Twickenham Rugby Ground, and Old Trafford Football Ground. He's also performed internationally in cities like San Francisco, New York, Hamburg, Athens, Madrid, etc. Other members have played with Boney M and Real Thing. Part of their selling point is their vocal sound, with authentic lead vocals by Emil and great harmonies. Add to that punchy rhythm and tight grooves and you have a winning formula, making it hard for revelers to stay away from the dancefloor. Emil C’s trio played at our 30th wedding anniversary party and where brilliant, we thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening with Emil playing a major part in it. The music was spot on he understood the brief he was given. The three of them created a lovely warm friendly atmosphere, their sound was quality. Over the next few days our friends all said how much they had enjoyed the band. I can’t recommend them enough.

To whom it may concern, We had a large summer evening party on the lawn at our house. Emil was hired to entertain us and what a brilliant show he put on! Right from the start, when I first contacted him and we went through a few ideas from his set list, ( I even requested one that wasn't there but he still managed to perform it for us), to his thorough professionalism in setting up before commencing.He brought a lovely friend of his who harmonised on some of his songs which also added to the whole brilliant performance. He has an amazing voice and all the guests were seriously impressed.His first set was soul, then we had such fun later when he launched into his reggae set. Even the most unexpected of the guests were all dancing on the lawn and we carried on till very, very late. Emil and his friend even joined us dancing and Emil continued to sing "miked up".Oh what a night we had! Emil is a thoroughly pleasant, exceedingly talented singer/musician .A really nice guy. I recommend anybody looking for a consummate professional to book him for a brilliant evening.

Renegades Band November 26th 2015 Lancaster Hotel, Compliance Black Tie Event Hi Emil just wanted to say I'm so glad we booked your band for the 10th anniversary for the event. You got everyone up and dancing as you promised. We have had a few named bands over the decade but no one seemed to want to get up and dance to them like they did for your band. We are looking forward to booking you again next year. Thank you also for departing from your usual set list to play “White Wedding”, and “Jumping Jack Flash” so that Andy could join you on stage. He and the band really rocked out. I have had quite a few comments about the band and I'm sure other people will approach you for their corporate events thanks
