Great band - would highly recommend. We hired the band for a large event, and from beginning to end they worked well with us, from selecting the right PA equipment to tailoring a set to suit the theme of our event. They also tried hard to work around some logistical issues we were having at the venue. The performances were fantastic and we've had feedback from guests to confirm this, and invoicing / payment was all very easy. Would highly recommend.

Dear Mike, I know I thanked you on the night but just wanted to do so again in the cold light of day. You and your band were fantastic, not just brilliant at the music but also lovely, helpful and a total pleasure to work with. Thank you so much and please pass my thanks on to your team. My Mother literally had the party of her life and you were a big part of that.... you were exceptional.

Mike, just a brief note to thank you and the band for helping make Sarah and Ben's wedding reception such a special occasion. The performances were brilliant and just added to what was a great day. Your suggestion to move the sets on till later was a really good call. thanks. Everyone we have spoken to loved your performance - please pass on our thanks to the whole band

Customer questions

What do your clients love most about your performances?

They love our energy, our style, and our great sound. We've been performing together for 15 years and are friends off-stage as well as on, which we think comes across in our performance. We love getting people dancing!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We've performed across the world, from Paris to Morocco to Jordan. We've performed at The V&A, The Eiffel Tower, Wembley Stadium, The Savoy, and The Shard. You'll also find us at top jazz clubs including Ronnie Scotts and Pizza Express Jazz Club.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

In front of 10,000 people at Leeds Castle, Kent for their annual Classical Concert

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes - loads! We can perform as anything from a 6-piece to a 27-piece orchestra. Just get in touch for more information!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We'll always try our best to be flexible - get in touch if you're timings change and we'll see what we can do.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes - you can plug your device into our PA system to stay in control of all the music when the band isn't playing.

How much time do you need to set up?

It takes 60 minutes for us to set up but we recommend leaving 90 minutes just in case.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Not in this line up, but we do have a roaming line-up available called The Vintage Strollers.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes you can, although we'd suggest you don't choose more than 7 or 8 songs per set - this means that we can include your favourites alongside songs that we know are great at getting people up and dancing.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, PA suitable for an audience of up to 200 people is included.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

The booking includes one request learnt free of charge. We're happy to learn other songs - please get in touch to discuss fees.
