Both members of the duo, Josephine Girgis and Samuel Parkinson, are highly trained professionals who can help you create a fantastic event. Josephine has played in various jazz orchestras and ensembles throughout the central belt of Scotland, whilst Samuel regularly plays alongside award winning jazz vocalist Marianne McGregor. I booked the duo for a very exclusive private party I was organising at Stirling Castle. They were thoroughly professional throughout the booking & planning process. The client/party-host had some specific musical requests for the duo & they were very accommodating with this. They played a great set on the night, the guests loved it & the client was delighted with their musical contribution to his party!

Double Take gave a great performance in the bar. They read the room perfectly and got the atmosphere exactly where it should be. I was really happy with them playing in my bar and hope to see them live again soon.
