Dominica is a second year undergraduate violist at the RCM. She is a freelance orchestral and chamber musician.
Dominica is extremely professional, musical and fun. It has been great having her in the viola section for LYS - always on time and engaged.
Dominica is a third year undergraduate at the RCM, and studies with Jonathan Barritt. Before this she studied at Chetham's School of Music under Graham Oppenheimer. Dominica also studied at the Junior Royal Northern College of Music and played in the Halle Youth Orchestra, performing at concert venues such as the Royal Festival Hall, Cadogan Hall, the Bridgewater Hall and the RNCM, and has toured in Italy, Prague, Germany and Cornwall, as well as performing in joint projects with the Royal Opera House and the Royal Ballet. Dominica has had masterclasses off professors such as Garfield Jackson, Yuko Inowe, Matthew Jones, Louise Landsdown, Morton Carlson and Jennifer Strumm. She also plays with the Dolina string quartet, which perform regularly in the RCM chamber music series, and she also performs in many student and professional orchestra's all over the country.
