Customer questions

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I was fortunate enough last Summer to be selected as a saxophonist with the legendary soul band The O'Jays! It was lots of fun and I'm looking forward to joining them again on their next European tour.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I will always try to be flexible to make sure your event runs without a hitch! Just contact me as soon as you know of any changes :)

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I have several playlists created for this very purpose! No problem at all to leave things playing in between sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

I will usually arrive at least 30 minutes before performance time, unless I'm playing music through my PA earlier. I can be fully set up in less than 10 minutes!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

If you contact me in advance, normally I can make room for any songs you want. Depending on the event I can learn songs not listed for a small extra charge.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Of course! I have two different sized PA systems to suit the individual event, and a clip on wireless microphone to amplify my saxophone if necessary. For most situations, the acoustic sax is more than loud enough.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If given enough time (at least 4 weeks ahead of the venue) I will learn up to 2 songs for you free of charge. If you would specifically like a song that's not on my list, it's always worth asking as it's likely I'll know it!

Hi Dom, just wanted to thank you for your performance on Friday. The jazz you started with was perfect, and we were all up and dancing by the end of the night! Richard loved the surprise!
