Music Producer / Dj / Musician:
Diarmo, the solo project of Diarmuid Slattery, producer, Dj and musician producing deep electronic/electroacoustic music, using electronic and acoustic instruments (Clarinet, Hang Drum, Thumb Piano, Synthesiser), taking influences from various styles.
Produces a range of music, DJ/Live sets blend a mix of deep melodic techno/house, bass, ambient. You can catch his DJ sets on his fortnightly radio show "Vibrant Sound" on Shoreditch Radio or at his monthly residence at Basilar Persents London.
Diarmo has released a number of EP's, while also having tracks appear on compilations world wide.
Record Label Management:
In 2012 Diarmuid started up the label Basilar Records.
A label focusing on electronic/electroacoustic music, producing on a broad septum of musical genres, with lush and soothing qualities. Based in London.
Creative Media Technician / Tutor:
An energetic, enthusiastic and hard working person, who likes working in a creative atmosphere. Originally from Ireland but now living in London after completing a Masters degree in Creative Music Technology. At present working with audio/video/graphics and theatre sound/lighting as a creative media technician/tutor.
Music Technology / Music Production Tutor:
Many years experience teaching Music Technology and Music Production, working for a number of collages and education centres.
