I have sung much of my life, mostly alongside my Acting in Musicals and Plays. Luckily I have had the great pleasure of working on a range of styles from Musical Theatre through to Classical to singing regularly with Motown/Soul bands. I trained at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama and have been a working actor ever since. My repertoire includes 2 years as a company member of the Mercury Theatre in Colchester where productions include To Kill a Mockingbird, The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui, and Ion. I have sung both solo and ensemble numbers in musicals on tour such as Buddy- The Buddy Holly Story and Dancing in the Streets (with Martha Reeves) and appeared in the Donmar Warehouse's production of Guys and Dolls (with Patrick Swayze) in the West End as General Cartwright. I have performed in 11 Pantomimes, various TIE and Children's Theatre, Corporate and Short films as well as singing in bands and doing corporate Roleplays. I love that I have been able to make a living doing what I love and have been able to travel and work with some amazing people. Carpe Diem.

I booked Denise to sing at my birthday party and she was incredible! Denise made the booking process simple by liaising with a friendly, professional manner and allowing me to select my favourite songs from her set list. Denise arrived promptly for the event, set up efficiently, and delivered a performance that was fantastic. She interacted with the audience with a warm and gentle manner, gaging the mood of the crowd. Everyone loved her singing and enjoyed dancing the night away. I would book her in again without hesitation. In fact, I want to plan another party just so she can sing to us again! What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Just let me know. I will be as flexible as I can. I realise plans change.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes that is possible.

How much time do you need to set up?

30 mins.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

No, I very carefully plan my setlist but am open to requests for songs to be played.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes. If you have equipment you want me to use (ie there is a pa at the venue) let's have a chat to see if that would work.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes if given enough time and I can find a track in my key/range. There may be a charge for this.
