Customer questions

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Our clients love that we play such a great range of songs and engage with their guests, helping everyone feel relaxed and part of the fun!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Most of the large hotel chains (Marriott, Radisson, Hilton, De Vere, etc.), countless marquees and private homes, large arenas such as the Birmingham NEC, many beautiful, traditional barn venues, military bases and international venues.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Stevie Wonder, Anastacia, Bon Jovi, Imelda May, Shania Twain, Adele.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We loved playing in Harrods for their Christmas launch.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes. In over 15 years of performing, Debbie has only ever had to cancel her appearance once, due to having completely lost her voice! As the band frequently goes out in larger formats, with additional lead vocalists, there are plenty of fantastic female lead vocalists who know the band's set and can step in at the last minute, if the need arises.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our most popular line-up is our 5 piece which includes: Drums, Bass, Guitar, Sax, Lead Female Vocals (we supplement some of our songs with the keys parts on tracks). We can scale up ,adding trumpet, trombone, keys, percussion and additional vocalist(s). We can also scale down to 4 piece (dropping sax) for smaller venues.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We're very used to accommodating changes in timings on the day. We will be in touch as the event draws nearer to check final timings but we do understand that things often overrun on the day. This is never a problem, we do whatever we can to help keep things on track.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we always keep the atmosphere going in between our sets with suitable pre-mixed party music on iPod. We can also provide our own in-house manned DJ service for a small extra fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

We like to arrive at least a couple of hours before guest arrive to make sure we're set up, sound checked and cleared out of the way in plenty of time, but where time is of the essence (e.g. when we're setting up after the wedding meal), we can get our set up down to about an hour.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes of course! We're very happy to send our playlist in advance and incorporate your favourites into our sets for the night.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, we bring a full PA (suitable for audiences of up to around 200) and lighting system (including effects lighting for the dancefloor). We also have a haze machine (venue permitting).

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We're very happy to learn a special song for a wedding first dance. Please give us at least 8 weeks notice to allow enough time to schedule in the necessary rehearsals.

Debbie and her band made my wife (60)and sons (30) birthday party a huge success. they played two brilliant sets from their large playlist and not a single song disappointed. Debbie had a great interaction with our friends. Listen to them on line, but that doesn't do them justice. It was a great night with a great band. Book them!!
