David McNamara was a joy to listen to and chat with during breaks. My wife and I had about 12 people over for the event. All were impressed. The weather was not good but; David was very accommodating and helpful. The wife and I will recommend David and will have him again. He learned songs that he never heard of, just for us, no problem. Dealing with David has been a real pleasure. He and his band member were excellent on the night, but before had David’s communication was brilliant which reassured me he was reliable. On the night he arrived and set up in good time and was so flexible when the weather was sunny and despite having already set up, david was happy to take instruments outside to play an acoustic set at our late request! They sounded great and really adapted the songs and playlist to the vibe of the evening. They got everyone up dancing at the end too! Thank you for a wonderful night.

Dave was absolutely brilliant performing at my party. My friends and family all loved him and commented how amazing his voice is. What do your clients love most about your performances?

I'm a very friendly person. I don't have an ego. My love for performance. I like to have a laugh and most people think I am funny. I always interact with guests. I love to accommodate the client, Its not my big night, its yours!!!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

North West wedding venues to name a few..... Peckforton Castle, The Mere, Sandhole Oak Barn, The Belle Epoque, Mere Court, Heaton House Farm, The Fir Grove, Thornton Manor, Delamere Manor, Old Trafford, Colshaw Hall, Macdonald Portal, Rookery Hall, Inglewood, Nunsmere Hall, Soughton Hall, The Ashes and many many more.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I love many artist and styles. If I was to choose an artist I never get bored of it would have to be Jeff Buckley. His vocal I believe are the greatest there has ever been. He was untouchable. Out of this world guitarist too.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I performed at the Bearded Theory Festival in front of 20,000 people. I was playing bass for a band called The Whip. We were supporting Reverend and the Makers and Robert Plant who was the singer of a little band called Led Zeppelin

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always arrive in good time so changing the performance time is not a problem. Its better to play at the right time for the event. I understand you have to take into account changes on the day.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

It is no extra cost to play music before and in-between sets. If you wish me to stay later then a small additional fee is required to DJ.

How much time do you need to set up?

I need about 20 min allocated set up time. Usually it can take only 10 mins to set up though if its an easy load in.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Certainly. I have 1500+ songs, so the list you see in my songs is a small snippet. I'm prepared to cater the songs exactly to your needs.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I can bring full PA, mics, lighting and instruments.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes not a problem. I'm a very fast learner when it come to new songs.
