Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

The musicians you book will be the musicians who perform, except in unforeseen circumstances such as illness in which case another member of our team of musicians will fill the gap. You will be given as much notice as possible of such an eventuality.

Do you have different line-up options?

We can offer an afternoon trio performance in addition to a full evening party band booking.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Not a problem, we always try to be flexible with timings to suit your schedule.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, nothing kills a good time quicker than silence! All of our evening packages include a DJ service which can be used before, between and after live sets. If you require a DJ service with your day package please discuss the options with us.

How much time do you need to set up?

We have a tight and well-rehearsed set up so that our bands can sound check and be ready to play with minimal fuss. A five-piece band usually take between 45 - 60 minutes to set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes! We always learn a first dance request at no extra charge. For further song requests that are not on our set list, there will be a charge of £40 per song. For non-wedding events we are happy to learn one new song with the evening package

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, we provide all necessary sound, lighting and PA equipment included in the price. We don’t like seeing a stage full of mismatched speakers and cables, so we have crafted our setup to be compact, stylish and unobtrusive.
