The speakers were very poor quality which affected the music, it was crackly and you couldn’t hear it from the back of the room. He had a playlist but could not deviate from this as he had limited music . I raised this on the evening but unfortunately he was not able to resolve it.

I understand how important music is to the overall atmosphere, and I regret that the speakers did not meet your expectations. Additionally, I acknowledge your concern regarding the playlist and the inability to adjust it on the night of the event, it wouldn’t have been possible to download new songs mid-event as all songs have to be pre-downloaded before the event. Your comments have been taken seriously, and I’m actively working on improvements to ensure such issues do not recur. I thre a surprise birthday party for my brother, Isaac was fantastic, he is very professional, friendly and understanding. He brings vibrancy and fun to his work. He played a wide range of songs that’s suited the mood. Highly recommend!

I asked Isaac to DJ at our Wedding Party. Honestly, he is amazing. He brought a very meaningful and tailored service for our special occasion, he didn’t charge us a ridiculous amount, he was worth every penny.
