DJ Tea and Jamie came to my 60th birthday party last Saturday (16th December 2023) and they were fantastic! Not only are they brilliant at their job they are both really lovely people. Jamie’s Sax playing is just wonderful and Tea is a fantastic DJ! She listened to what I wanted and stuck to the playlist songs I sent her which gave me the party I wanted and music that I knew my guests would enjoy. Getting my friends to get up and dance is not always easy, but they managed it and the dancing lasted from 9.30pm to nearly 1am which was brilliant. When organising a party there are so many variables and things that one worries about going wrong so people you can depend on is essential. I would not hesitate to book Tea and Jamie again with complete confidence in them helping any party to go with a swing. Jamie even stepped in and took a couple of photos for me at the end of the night when the photographer had left! A man of many talents. DJ Tea was easy to get hold of and supportive and friendly before the event which was also much appreciated. Tea and Jamie – you are both fabulous! – thank you for making my party so memorable! I sometimes have to think hard about giving 5 stars but which these guys it was a no brainer with the Satisfaction, Professionalism, Communication and Punctuality review - definitely all 5 stars!

Fantastic! We hired Téa and Jamie Sax for my husband’s 40th party. Téa spent time listening to what we wanted, provided some of her thoughts and just continually felt the groove and vibe of the party. She was fantastic and it was the best party of our lives!!!!!! What do your clients love most about your performances?

My remixing of the music they have requested and how I create the atmosphere they were looking for through inflatable instruments. Guests are kids at heart.. so I make sure they are having fun and dancing!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Out of the countless amazing weddings, functions and event I have performed at ...I would have to say, a recent summer wedding at The Beacon at Royal Tunbridge Wells was the most fun. We had live remixes of Kyogo featuring live Saxophone and Percussion It was attended by a stack of really fun influencers and celebrities who partied hard!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free. If you need my sound system after your event finishes we can work out a reasonable fee. I want your guests to have the night of their life

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up about 1 hour before the performance time. As soon as my sound system is set up I can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for my live mixing! My setup time is provided for free

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. I provide example set lists in an editable document ahead of time, for you to add to and sign off on I'm definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring a professional DJ booth, moving head lighting system, full PA and all leads PAT tested to UK standards

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, I also track down the exact recording and arrangements of the songs you want This is all confirmed via editable set lists before your event. Some clients like to provide Spotify and Tidal playlists for inspiration which I am happy to work off and remix live through my software and DJ decks
